Deployment can be as fast as 24–72 hours for urgent requests, subject to role requirements and candidate availability.

Yes. Temporary assignments can be extended or converted to contract/permanent roles, subject to mutual agreement and revised terms.

Fees are usually structured as:

  • For short-term assignments of less than 3 weeks, a flat rate covering temporary staff salary, statutory contributions, and our service fees will apply. Assignments above 3 weeks are billed on a monthly basis with an administrative fee and no hidden costs.

Yes. Our services comply with the Employment Act 1955, EPF Act, SOCSO Act, and other relevant Malaysian regulations.
